When there is a warehousing task, the goods are first transported to the warehousing platform through the conveying equipment. The barcode recognition system scans and reads the barcode label on the goods, obtains the goods information and transmits it to the central server. The control system receives the information returned by the server, determines whether the goods can be put into the warehouse, and determines the coordinates of the cargo location, and then sends the warehousing instruction containing the cargo location coordinates to the stacker. According to the instruction, the stacker automatically addresses and reaches the designated cargo location with horizontal and vertical movement, and then extends the fork to store the goods in the cargo grid. After completing the warehousing operation, the stacker returns the operation completion information to the control system and waits for the next task.
When leaving the warehouse, the opposite is true. According to the exit instruction, the control system instructs the stacker to go to the designated cargo location to take out the goods, and then transports the goods to the exit through the conveying equipment to complete the exit process.
As an important solution for modern warehousing, stacker warehouses are changing the warehousing and logistics model of enterprises with their excellent performance and advantages, and providing strong support for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.
